The Greater East St. Louis Community Fund honors Mr. Clarence Goldthree who passed in 2021. Mr. Goldthree was the inspiration behind the East St. Louis Youth Project that is city-wide summer program offering summer engagement opportunities for East St. Louis youth. Mr. Goldthree served was an inspiration for all. His leadership and dedication will be missed.
